Month-of Coordination—$1,700*

For couples who prefer to start the initial planning themselves but want assistance from a professional as they near the end of planning. I will implement all the details, communicate with vendors and take the stress off you the month before the wedding. This package includes:

»  Meet for initial consultation at time of booking to talk over wedding logistics and details

»  Increase phone and email support starting a month before your wedding

»  Assist in creating wedding timeline

»  Walk-through at venue to finalize logistical details

»  Contact all vendors month of to distribute timeline, discuss any specific day-of details and make sure we are all on the same page

»  Coordinate ceremony rehearsal in conjunction with celebrant

»  Set-up agreed upon decor on wedding day. (Chalkboard signs, seating cards, table numbers, favors, etc.)

»  Coordinate communication with vendors throughout the wedding day

»  Assure timeline is being followed by vendors, wedding party and guests until the end of clean-up.

»  Troubleshoot any issues that arise on wedding day

»  Deliver final payments to vendors on wedding day

»  Access to wedding emergency kit

»  And most importantly make sure the wedding couple is happy!

Enhanced Package

Full Planning—$5,000

For couples who prefer to have the support of a professional throughout the entire wedding process from choosing vendors and venues all the way to send-off and clean-up! This package includes:

» Meet for initial consultation at time of booking to talk over wedding vision

» Phone and email support throughout planning

» Help with setting a budget

» Assist with vendor selection—recommendation, setting up and attending meetings, negotiating contracts

» Assist with any additional planning support needed—hotel blocks, invitations, transportation to venue, etc. 

» Assist with design planning and implementation

» Assist in creating wedding timeline

» Walk-through at venue to finalize logistical details

» Maintain communication with all vendors throughout the planning process

» Send finalized timeline to specified wedding party, family members, and all vendors

» Coordinate ceremony rehearsal in conjunction with celebrant

» Set-up agreed upon decor on wedding day. (Chalkboard signs, seating cards, table numbers, favors,etc.) 

» Coordinate communication with vendors throughout the wedding day

Booking Details

Signed contract and a 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date for all packages Travel and lodging fees may apply if booking outside the Charlottesville area
